The role of Shingyo

Shingyo B.V. operates as an independent commercial agent within the meaning of Article 7:428 of the Dutch Civil Code. We introduce producers and manufacturers of natural commodities and packaging to buyers, and coordinate the surrounding documentation. We act on behalf of our principals (the producers/manufacturers) and are remunerated by them.

Shingyo is not a party to the sale contract concluded between a buyer and a producer/manufacturer, and is not the owner of the goods. Any sale contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the producer/manufacturer.
