For producers & export houses
Reach vetted buyers without building an export desk
You’re good at producing. Selling into a regulated market — finding buyers, structuring Incoterms, aligning compliance documents — is a different job. Shingyo represents a small group of vetted producers to pre-screened buyers. We make the introductions and coordinate the paperwork. You keep the contract, and you only pay when a deal closes.
Discuss representationProducing is one skill. Exporting is another.
A strong crop or production line doesn’t automatically reach the right buyer. Between you and that buyer sits a market you don’t operate in every day: buyer networks, EUDR and food-safety documentation, Incoterms, freight structuring. Building an in-house export desk for that is slow and expensive. We are that desk — without the payroll.
What we do
- Introduce your product to pre-screened buyers in our network
- Align specifications and coordinate compliance documentation — EUDR, food-contact and the certifications the market requires (ISO, GOTS, GRS, REACH, MOSH/MOAH)
- Help structure Incoterms and prepare export documents correctly
- Represent you consistently and professionally in a market that expects both
You keep control
You sign directly with the buyer. We’re an independent commercial agent (art. 7:428 Dutch Civil Code) — not a reseller sitting on your margin, and not a party to the contract. The customer relationship stays yours.
You pay only when it works
No upfront cost, no retainer. We’re paid a commission by you as principal, and only when a deal closes. Our incentive is simple: sell your product well, or we don’t earn.
Selective by design
We add only a small number of producers — around 20 — because a short, vetted shortlist is exactly why buyers trust it. Producers join by referral, conferences and trade databases, followed by quantitative and qualitative screening. If you produce at export scale and can meet compliance expectations, we’d like to hear from you.
